We are 3 weeks away from the 2018 Challenger Mountain Bike race at Camden County College in Blackwood, NJ and we need your help to get the course into tip top shape. volunteers are the ones who make races happen. Without your effort they would be impossible to hold. Please use any of the links for our SIGNUP SHEET to volunteer. There several slots open, from trash removal to make the course look nice, to trimming back rapidly growing vegetation from last weeks rain, to helping repair a major trail. If you donate 5 hours (basically 2 volunteer sessions) of total time performing trail work prior to the race, helping set up the day before the race, or work the day of the race, or post race clean up) we will refund your BIKE REG entry fee.
Options:
1) Sunday May 27 @ 9am SHARP start time (Rain Date May 28th) - Major Trail Repairs, Clean Up, Trimming (Show up @ 8:45 am if you would like bagels, cream cheese and coffee) Bring you bike for a pre-ride of the course after the trail work, led by the race director.
2) Sunday June 10th @ 11am SHARP - Trail Building, Clean Up, Trimming (Show up @ 10:50 please.) Bring you bike for a pre-ride of the course after the trail work.
3) Friday June 15th - Get the Course Ready. There are multiple time slots but we really need people early in the day or mid day.
4) Race Day Volunteer - Lots of options to choose from. Please show up 10 minutes prior to your start time and meet at the Volunteer Tent, behind registration.
